James Munro

With four decades of housing design, development and construction experience James has honed areas of expertise including development analysis, project management, project finance, sustainability and energy efficiency, budget management, codes, and community consultation, as well as engagement and relationship building. James has worked and provided leadership in Architectural firms, Municipal Planning Departments and Non Profit Housing Organizations.

James also has experience with providing community lending and grants, as well as community development of social purpose real estate. He has and is responsible for leading diverse teams for the development of large multi-family residential. He currently leads more than a dozen projects at the cutting edge of affordability, technology, and energy efficiency.
