GVHS owns and operates 13 properties with affordable market rental units in Greater Victoria. These buildings offer studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units.
These affordable rental units are suitable for low to moderate income earners and their families who may not qualify for subsidized housing.
To qualify for affordable housing, a household must fall within a specific income range.
General income ranges:
Studio $2,700-$7,000 monthly
One-bedroom $4,700-$7,000 monthly
Two-bedroom $5,400-$11,000 monthly
Three-bedroom $6,200-$11,000 monthly
Four-bedroom $6,800-$11,000 monthly
