Coming Soon: Nigel Valley

Nigel Corners is our redevelopment project in Saanich. Through a Master Plan redevelopment strategy led by BC Housing, GVHS, The Garth Homer Foundation, Island Community Mental Health, and Broadmead Care Society are helping to revitalize the Nigel Valley. Our building broke ground in Fall 2023 and will have 70 units, ranging from studios to 4-bedroom apartments to accommodate all stages of life. The building is being built with Passive House methodologies, allowing it to achieve the highest possible efficiency.

Construction is ongoing through to 2025. Occupancy is expected in early 2026.
