Coming Soon: Roundhouse – Lime Bay

GVHS plans to build a 22-storey residential tower, offering 209 affordable rental units. The building will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. At least 5% of the units will be fully wheelchair accessible, and all units will adhere to universal design standards. The project will also meet Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code, ensuring high energy efficiency and sustainability.

The Roundhouse at Bayview Place is a master-planned community currently being developed by Focus Equities. As part of their commitment to community development, Focus Equities has generously donated a parcel of land near Lime Bay to the Greater Victoria Housing Society (GVHS) for the construction of affordable housing.

GVHS has begun the permit approval phase. The project’s progress remains contingent on securing the necessary approvals and funding.
