Greater Victoria Housing Society CEO Virginia Holden was pleased to accept the Canadian Housing & Renewal Association Outstanding Development Award. This award honours an organization that has completed an innovative and ambitious community housing/shelter development/redevelopment that meets housing needs in its community. The Lions at Fleming was recognized for its response to community needs, innovative features, and sustainable building model. Congratulations to our staff and partners for the delivery of this successful project which is providing 137 new homes for residents in Esquimalt!
