At GVHS, our mission is clear: to manage and create quality affordable rental homes, contributing to thriving communities. This mission has been our guiding light during a period that has brought both challenges and opportunities. We remain resilient and forward-thinking, ensuring that we continue to secure affordable rental homes in Greater Victoria for the future.
Growth and Achievements
Over the past three years, we have expanded our capacity to serve the community by increasing the number of quality affordable rental homes under our management.
