The Lions at Fleming

The Lions at Fleming is a new 6-story, 137 unit affordable rental building in Esquimalt. It features a number of subsidized units for residents with low income.

It will be ready for move-in on December 1st and we are now accepting applications.

This building features studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and family three- and four-bedroom units.

The new building is built to Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code and is a Zero Emission Building, as it does not use any carbon-sourced heating. It is located close to schools, parks and transit lines, with a walkable score of 77, “very walkable.” Amenities include indoor & outdoor common areas, bike and scooter parking, and storage units.

To be considered for one of our subsidized units you need an active file with BC Housing. You can apply to BC Housing online or print off an application form located below the “Paper application process” header about half way down the page on the BC Housing webpage and mail or drop it off to:
