The site is currently home to a 10-unit townhome complex built in 1987. it is appropriately zoned and supported by the Official Community Plan for increased density. The proposed redevelopment will feature a four-storey wood-frame building with underground parking, offering 38 affordable rental homes in a thoughtfully designed, high-quality building of approximately 31,000 square feet.

The new building will include a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, designed to meet the needs of individuals and families. A common room with a kitchen and bathroom will be located on the main floor, opening onto a rear yard patio for resident use and community gatherings.
