Originally from Ontario, Michael has spent the past six years embracing the lifestyle and community of Vancouver Island. With over a decade of experience in accounting and financial operations, he currently serves as Director of Finance at Andrew Sheret Limited, where he plays a key role in driving financial strategy and organizational growth.
Michael began his career at PwC Vancouver, spending six years working closely with private companies, including companies in the real estate sector. That experience not only honed his technical expertise but also deepened his understanding of how to support and scale businesses in complex, dynamic environments.
Known for a collaborative leadership style and a steady, solutions-oriented approach, Michael is passionate about building strong teams and making a positive impact—both within the workplace and in the community. As a board member for the Greater Victoria Housing Society, he is proud to contribute to the advancement of affordable housing initiatives across the region.
Outside of work, Michael is most at home in the outdoors; he now enjoys the best of island life through mountain biking, skiing, and exploring the West Coast with family and friends.
