Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the common areas in our buildings.

In addition, Grafton Lodge is a completely non-smoking building, including the apartments, balconies, gardens and common areas.

Vehicles
All vehicles parked on our properties must be insured.

Rent
Rent is always due on the first of every month. If you prefer preauthorized payments, directly from your bank account, please let us know.

Long Absences
You need to seek the Greater Victoria Housing Society's written permission if you intend to be absent from your apartment for more than three months in a 12 month period.

Guests
Guests can only stay for up to 14 days total in a year. If a guest stays longer, you need to seek the Greater Victoria Housing Society's written permission and your long-staying guest may be considered a tenant.
