• You must be a permanent resident of British Columbia.

For market apartments:
We have a small number of apartments that rent below market rates for those who are not eligible for subsidized housing. Please contact us to discuss eligibility.

For assisted living apartments:
We have a small number of supportive living apartments for seniors who require services such as meals and housekeeping. A Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) Home and Community Care Case Manager determines eligibility for these units.
